Filters, bulbs, batteries and the rest, for Mike & Glenn
Tick what we have. Each one comes in not scheduled yet: open it and use Mark done with the date it was last done (or set Next due), and from then on it keeps its own schedule. Every interval can be changed.
To do shows what's overdue, due today and due in the next two weeks, then everything later, the items with no date yet, and warranties about to end. Mark done records the day (any day, so it can be the last time it was done), schedules the next one, and takes one from the spares if they're counted. Everything lists all the items by category or by room, including the as-needed ones such as light bulbs. Shopping lists the parts we've run out of (or will soon), with where to buy them.
The Room, What it takes and Notes boxes are the place for bulb types, filter sizes, battery sizes, paint colours and the like, so the answer is always to hand in the shop.

Choose a backup from the Our Apartment backups folder in Google Drive (download it first; the .json.gz file is read as it is). Items that are missing here come back; nothing already here is changed. You'll see what it will do before anything is written.
